Activites Forum 2003 |
The Activities Forum is held at the beginning of each school year. It is an opportunity for new students to get information about various campus organizations. Each student group has a booth at which representatives discuss the organization's purpose and activities. |

In June of 2003, Dr. Robert Beck went to Rome to discuss the new Vatican internship program with officials there. He was accompanied by Joan Prendergast of the Villanova Internship office. |

Freshmen Orientation 2003 |
As part of the Freshmen Orientation program, new undergraduate Computer Science and Information Science students met with various department faculty and older students to get acquainted. The freshmen met their academic advising team and discussed schedules, policies, and opportunities. |

Poconos Outing 2003 |
Just before classes began for the Fall 2003 semester, the full time faculty and staff and their families gathered at BECKoning, Dr. Beck's home in the Poconos on Big Bass Lake. Some of our retired faculty joined us as well. It was a day of hiking, swiming, ping pong, and socializing. |

Each year the university holds St. Thomas of Villanova Day to welcome freshmen, acknowledge accomplishments, and build community. This year the parade and picnic were rained out, but the convocation was held in the Pavillion. |
