Internship Description:
The Distributed Systems Laboratory has focused efforts in distributed systems infrastructure, including adaptive networking, tools and technologies for improving software development productivity, brain-inspired/neuromorphic computing, and nanotechnology. In this capacity we seek individuals with interest in the areas of simulation and modeling, algorithms, software development, and experimentation and measurement. Individuals with interest in these and related areas will find the opportunity to be an excellent fit. ATL is currently seeking a fall coop/intern for this.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should be currently enrolled in computer science or related major that emphasizes software development as the means to problem solving.
- Individuals with interest in software design and development, higher level analysis and design tools for building distributed real-time systems, and simulation and modeling are welcome.
- Programming skills in C/C++ and Java, scripting languages (e.g., Perl).
- GPA 3.2+ required; 3.5+ preferred.
- Previous technical work experience preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship.
