Internship Description:
This assignment involves modeling and simulation tool and application development. It includes network modeling and simulation of wired and wireless networks for distributed processing down to embedded processors and high-speed point-to-point interconnects. This task area also includes mathematical modeling and simulations to support the development of signal processing algorithms. Heavy amounts of empirical analysis, statistics, data signal processing, and algorithm development for computer programming are also required. Knowledge of Matlab and/or Labview is very helpful. ATL is currently seeking a fall coop/intern for this.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should be currently enrolled in electrical engineering, computer science, math (statistics and transforms), physics (waves or electromagnetic) or computer engineering.
- C; Unix workstations, NT computers; event-based simulation; MATLAB; Labview; signal processing.
- GPA 3.2+ required; 3.5+ preferred.
- Previous technical work experience preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship.
